Just touching base regarding Anne Sparks on 0244130392 and her property at 6 Elmswood Court, Bundanoon NSW 2578. I just spoke to Anne. She is still interested in obtaining an appraisal with a view to sell in the near future, however at the moment her beautiful gardens were damaged with the recent rain so she is getting a landscaper to redo and will want to talk to you after that is completed. I wanted to give you a heads up so you can diarise to touch base with her in a few weeks maybe.

- FEB 23 - i emailed prior to Christmas and nothing back as yet, obviously still not ready to go to market. i will continue to chase up
DEC 22 - waiting until the new year at this stage
SEPT 22 - still nothing back from Anne, many vendors are holding off due to the market conditions and rising interest rates. I will let you know if I hear back from her
