Hi Vicki, Veronica stood me up however she called and let me know it was ok to go through the house as the front door was kicked in. What a mess. She has stripped both bathrooms, removed the kitchen and has done some really strange things like tile random walls with mis matching tiles, even tiling over windows. There were mattresses scattered around where people slept.. The home isn’t saleable in the condition that its in and theres not a bank out there that will lend on it with no running water or doors. When I tactfully told her that it wasn’t up to code, she said that she had just renovated it. She became really abusive when she realised that it wasn’t going to be quick cash and I wished her well.

I did get a random text from her yesterday saying that she was going to renovate it again and would have it ready in a week. It was a very strange one but was certainly worth the experience. Lol17/3 Spoke to brother James and he has approved the appraisals to sell. He is on title as a guardian of the Estate 

17/3Gabbie said that Veronica is a functioning drug addict known to police and she calls agents every few months her brother not interested in selling at all.
