28/03/2022 - Andrew: i followed up with Lesley this morning. No decision has been made yet. Her brother Steve intends to speak with more agents this week. They have spoken with 3 so far including myself.

23/03/2022 - Andrew: I met with Lesley today and inspected the property and discussed appraisal, selling strategy, marketing, fees and property presentation. I will email a formal proposal to her tomorrow. Lesley advised they have already met with 1 agent and will meet another on Friday. They will make a decision over the weekend and advise outcome on Monday.
