VENDOR - JUN 22 - Thank you for the following up. We won’t be proceeding with the sales at this point in time, however I will keep in touch with Lam once we are ready to sell. 



 LAM -jun 22 - Not at the moment. She's still working with her daugther(tenant)

Have inspected and have spoken to kathleen. Her daugther currently lives there and is in the process of moving her on. Needs to fix up the place but won't be for a while.

Alex -SEPT 22 - The client is not planning to sell any time soon. Her daughter is living in the property and will decide in 12 months time.
