6/07/2022 - Pam: Been trying to get hold of Simon for ages and he finally texted me to say he does not require an appraisal, will remove from my list. Not sure if you want to keep in touch in case he changes his mind.
8/06/2022 - Pam AD: Have e-mailed and left another message for Simon. Haven't had much luck getting hold of him, will let you know if I do.
