***Joe Morrow same day LAF***  Buy Out

24/5 Sharon:  No sorry, it’s a separation and not a good one! Dad and daughter want to buy out husband, husband didn’t attend my appraisal.


I have followed up with no other feedback other than still looking at options from sellers.


If I hear anything differently I will keep you updated.
