24/5 Sharon:  No sorry, it’s a separation and not a good one! Dad and daughter want to buy out husband, husband didn’t attend my appraisal.


I have followed up with no other feedback other than still looking at options from sellers.


If I hear anything differently I will keep you updated.

Joe:  Nothing further since I last spoke with Derek. I’ll have to follow up as he was acting on behalf of his daughter who lives in the property but was going through a separation. Derek has likely gone back to the UK now but will have to follow up
