Thank you for your email of 16th May.

I have spoken to Simon Borg this morning and I will be looking at the block 1268 Neurea Road, Mumbil 2820 this week and report to him re saleability and price.

Just for the record the property does NOT have connection to either sewage or water. The power may be an issue - will check that while I am there.

Will report to you after inspection.

16/5 spoke to client he was hoping for $250k is waiting on one more quote, spoke to both agent again they will be in ctc

13/5 spoke to Brian having trouble pricing it, not many comparable sales but happy to work with client on this drove past, elevated block will be checking to see what services are avail. 

5/4 Spoke to Simon who said A1 sent him appraisal, waiting to hear from A2 wants one more. 

A2 is on to it he has spoken to Simon will organise appraisal away until next week.
