1/7/22  Some great news. I have done a contract for the above property and cooling off finishes tonight. It is also subject to finance which the purchaser has until 22nd July 2022 to meet the unconditional conditions to sale.

 24/6  Thanks for your email. We had a 3-week campaign which we had one person interested who has since pulled out due to a 3-storey building in front commencing soon which the unit I?m selling will loose all city views.

The tenants have also asked for a week of no opens. Unfortunately in this case who ever buys the unit will know they won't have views soon, so Saturday week we will reschedule opens.

6/4/22 Daryl: I received a call from Aimee. She did advise me that she is getting 3 agents to quote.

The 45 minute conversation went well and did mention to me that she likes the way we have proposed selling her unit and will be in touch shortly with me. I will keep you posted.
