JOE - Danielle and I appraised the property yesterday (Sunday) and met Deb and Phil. I sent through the proposal through today and it looks like the solicitor might be assisting with which agent to go with. The other agent which sent their proposal was Grant from Belle property. I will follow up with Deb again on Friday.
