22/4 PRD :  I just wanted to let you know we are still in contact with Phil Beck.


We are sending through some potential properties for him to purchase, nothing is signed is yet but the wheels are rolling Layla Milligan   IS THE CONTACT FOR PRD TEAM 
11/4 AS2 Emails sent to 1 and 3 for update 
Chasse: Yes we did the listing presentation last Thursday and it all went well.

We have sent through an agreement for the sale and will touch base (just don’t want to be toooo pushy! 😊

 7/4 Andrew:  I have met with the vendor. Renovations require completion prior to listing for sale. Will re-visit in approx 6 weeks time.
