failed gone to liquidators****
25/10/22 AS2 Emails sent to A1 and A2 for any update A3 did not show much interest
In June 2022, EPA completed all waste removal works at 300-400 Broderick Road, Lara, marking the end of Victoria’s largest ever fire risk clean up project.
1/7 Email sent to Talwinder to see if any update
28/4 sent email to Kirsty asking for liqidators details as Talwinder has interested buyers waiting for pay out figure so he can progress.
5/4 Spoke to client she was vague but said she forwarded A1 proposal to liquidator
5/4 Talwinder has sent his proposal and will follow up with Kirsty he said he can sell it to his data base for 17mill within two weeks if given the go ahead by the liquidator.
James Thorpe has spoken to Kirsty, he wanted to know who is controlling the process so he knows what to do and if he can do anything at this stage as he knows that liquidators dont take to agents sniffing around until they are ready to appoint, she was going to get that info to him, he will follow up again
29/3 kirsty acknowledged already spoke to two of the agents. A2 and A3
31/3 Hi Vicki
Kirsty has advised the sale of the property has been handed over to the liquidators to manage. Thanks
Regards
Shane King
