5/10/2022 - Pam": This one is currently under contract but it came back with some items not council approved, so we are trying to get them sorted. Fingers crossed we can keep it all together as wait times for the council are rediculous


15/09/2022 - Pam:  Just letting you know that Emilie has an offer accepted on this property, just waiting for all signatures. Will keep you posted

13/09/2022 - Pam: Emilie has this listed, but offers are quite a bit lower than owners expectations. Busy road and small rooms and work needed. He just refused an offer this week and buyer fled. Will keep you updated


29/08/2022 - Pam: We have this listed, I asked Emilie to chase this one as they speak the same language. No luck at the first open home on Saturday, but we have reduced the price, so I think it should sell now. On the corner of a busy intersection. 


16/08/2022 - Pam: Good news is that we listed 52 Phillip street which should sell. Emilie who works with me is handling that one and we will let you know when we get an offer.

6/07/2022 - Pam: Kai Fu is still waiting for insurance repairs, will let you know closer to when he is ready to sell

8/06/2022 - Pam: Just letting you know that I spoke with Kai last month and he was waiting on the insurance company. I have asked Emilie who speaks Mandarin to touch base with him. Between us we will keep in contact until he is ready. If you have any clients who are foreigners let us know as Emilie is Taiwanese and buyers love speaking with her if they are Chinese.

7/05/2022 - Pam: Emilie Lin and I have both spoken to Kai. He had previous tenant damage so is waiting for insurance assessor to attend. Said that is happening this week he hopes. We will follow him up in a few weeks, but he said he has our details and will contact us when he is ready.


4/6 update from pam Hi Mark Quick update for you. Emilie spoke with Kai and he is going to try and get us access to view the property. We will keep you posted.


30/03/2022 - Pam:  I spoke with Kai and he said he is waiting for the report from his property manager. He was going to speak to the sales people at his existing company to get an appraisal too. I told him our office is within walking distance of his house and I sold two houses around his recently. Will keep in touch with him and let you know.
