30/11/22 -  Steve said having trouble with this owner she is not responsive at all no Open for inspections nothing Steve has sent her an invoice for the marketing very close to putting a caveat on her property for the marketing costs

7/09/2022 Steve: has cancelled 80% of our inspections, wants to hold off till November, we have emailed for all marketing to be paid

11/8 Steve said she is a pain in the butt No motivation to sell, has not got a contract of sale ready and keeps cancelling appointments not sure where this is going to go. vf

30/6 Steve:  this one huge problem, client cancelled a few inspections he cant get thru to her sent her the bill for the advertising and cant really show prospective buyers if the client not responding he wouldnt mind if Mark calls her to see whats going on vf
