24/8/22  After going through mediation and my valuation was 5 times the amount as his quote ( he said my quote was falsified). Rohan has taken it into his own hands, not conversing with me in this issue. He is going through legal aid . My legals have told me not to sign over my half of the deeds. He wants my name of the joint deeds and wants sole ownership

3/5 Had a valuation done by a Vanguard rep from Melbourne yesterday

Apologies for the inconvenience I've put you and your referees through. Lance Kelly phoned me on Thurday to say hubby was home when he went to carry out the valuation (pre informed Rohan of time via phone) There was a note on the door to say he won't be entering the house..grrr

20/4 says her ex is refusing entry unless the agent is a qualified validator, Rhonda has mediation in two weeks time, Les said without looking thru property worth around 150k
