2/6  Tarun said the nomination approved the deposit has been paid by a new buyer and sitting in the trust account of the solicitor to be given to Liam, and he will try to ask for a 2k flat fee from Liam as he could not sign an agreement for this one as nominee was not allowed according to the contract. will let me know
