Mark: 11/05/22 - Seems like she wants a very high price or she would not be motivated to sell talking about holding onto the property from here, did not seem too motivated  (MJ)

Mark:  19/04/22. I called her to follow up previous discussions now the unit is vacant and she was given 640-660k by the managing agents agency who looked at it, she said she might just rent it out if it does not receive 680k which I said was too high for a 2br 1 bath place. She did not seem too motivated to meet the market value and then started talking about buying another property. She did not need anything further at this stage.
