17/08/2022 - Nick AD: I stay in touch with an email or attempted call every now and then, but I havent had a response to any of them. I will keep trying as they are looking for a particular type of property.

10/0/8/2022 - Andrew: I spoke to Andrew Rose he told me he has updated everything this lady has not been responsive at all never met her

she was also on their data base from b4 but he has never appraised if you can make a note

20/04/2022 - Jeff:Yes I have been out and conducted an appraisal for Joanne and her husband Shaun which they seem happy with but they won't put their place on the market until they find a suitable property to move to. They want a larger acreage.

I will keep in touch with them and keep an eye out for a property for them.

20/04/2022 - Nick AD: Visited clients last week. Have referred them to broker. They are looking for land parcel of land. I will be sending them the updated value of their place later today. Probably a while before they list
