05/12/19: Followed up with vendor re decision to sell, no response
13/09/18: Spoke to Julie (vendor), busy at work had to go
22/11/17: A colleague emailed to advise John Caputo passed the referral to him, asked for details to call
05/04/17: Vendor advised still in current contract with existing agent till December.
Once out of contract will be having John Caputo to list property.
20/12/16: Spoke to vendor - on hold and still deciding. Advised we will call back in a few months.
23/11/16: received txt from vendor all agents been in contact
23/11/16: Agent John advised he passed it to Peter Tzotz in same office
21/11/16: Agent Paul accepted the referral
