23/5   We withdrew the property from Auction we weren’t getting any interest. Then the seller has increased the price online twice, up by $100,000! We had a strong offer that was above her list price and she rejected it and increased the price, she’s very hard work! Now she’s talking about taking it off the market.

This one has been listed and will be going to Auction on the 14th May.
