Apologies for the long silence. I had been down with some health issues and swamped with work over the past few weeks. We did eventually decide with Thomas from Ray White Upper North Shore. We just signed the agency agreement at the start of this week and in the process of getting a draft sales contract prepared with a conveyancer. Thanks for your assistance and patience.



24/5/22 Text sent to Meng if he has chosen agent, Thomas said had the verbal go ahead but has not heard a word back. 

HE has been unwell - still proceeding apparently.
