We’ve found out that Liz has been bought out by her husband and no longer selling.
ELEZ - VENDOR - No not yet. Still going through solicitors they take so long.
DAMON - There's some mediation still to be finalised for the family law matter and as soon as both agree I believe we will be the selling agent for that one. Will let you know. Thanks Damon
damon - es we have met with the owners last week and they are currently considering our proposal for the sale.
They have a lot going on atm but should be making a decision very soon.
