6/10/2022 - Pam: Just letting you know that the referral you sent me at 31 Trinity Parade has decided to list again. We had two offers which they rejected as they told us their son was going to purchase from them. Plans have now changed so we have put it back on the market. Very messy and tenants have been given notice, so may take a while. Will keep you posted.

17/08/2022 - Pam: Withdrawn - SOLD privately to son.

17/0/8/2022 - Pam: Just letting you know that we received some good offers last week for this property and Kaye said their plans changed as their son has a job in Mackay next year, so he is going to buy this property from them, so they asked us to remove from the internet. Bad luck on that one.

30/06/2022 - Pam: Also have listed 31 Trinity Parade. This one is going to be a challenge as tenanted until December so can only sell to investors. We will give it our best shot and let you know when we get a contract.
