We did manage to speak once a couple of weeks after that voicemail and she seemed to have a bit going on but it was I felt a very positive call at the time.May 6 - Market update video sent via text. May 23 sent her a similar property that had been listed & said I’d update her when it sold (but haven’t seen it sell yet). June 9 Market update video sent via text followed by a … any further thoughts ??
