24/06/2022 - Sheri: Update wise 28 Grice Cres settled today!




27/05/2022 - Sheri: Yes moved this one along, & am now heading to building/pest inspection, we're getting there!

The accounts lass (Mariah?) & Vicki know I'm straight, as I don't count being 100% guaranteed 'sold' upon unconditional, so once settled that very day I contact the accounts lass & she sends me invoice + I've paid next/same day basis.

Being EFT to trust account helps. Then once I have paid the invoice I email the accounts lass so she knows 1st hand too. Have had the odd cheque to clear etc.

I also have plan B,C & now D buyers lined up too, to ensure sold in a timely manner :)
