***LAF GOT THE LEAD to BOFFO 15 APRIL ON THEIR WEBSITE CLIENT EMAILED DIRECT TO SALES TEAM****

Susan gone with Boffo real estate as they were offering her lot more money than what I have appraised.

12/5 AS email sent to Susan see response 

27/4 Fadi met with Susan appraised she is meeting with her financial adviser will get back to him this week. 

I have spoken with them both and will see them both this week. Definitely good local knowledge (one actually lives over the road so I probably know him to wave to!) Positive vibes from both👏 Thanks again, made something I was finding stressful much easier.

Appraisal done. She need time to sort out with Financial guy and Susan will come to me by 2nd of May.
