KATE -(Appraised) - At this stage they are going to wait and finish the renovations / repairs from the flood, they won't be done for a few months at this stage!  Hi Natalie, yes we have done an appraisal for dany. I tried to follow her up today but no answer. We will try her again if we don't hear from her 😊

KELLY -OCT 23 - Called Dany lots of times. She still isn't ready to list the property.

APR - Still no movement of 125 Fairfield Road. I have tried numerous times to contact Dany with no success.

JAN 22 - I have called Dany a couple of times to check in however I don't believe they are quite ready to list just yet.

 NOV 22 - Dany is still not ready to list. Her property was flooded in February, still renovating with a view to sell.

Yes, we have appraised 125 Fairfield Road, Fairfield. We have provided Dany a sale price on selling "now" without bringing home back to before flood status and then one for home once all flood restoration has been completed.
