17/10/22-  Hi Vicki, we have not had any enquiry for a number of months now. I have spoken to the vendor about reducing the price and she was talking about increasing the price.Value would be between $180-$190k in the current market.

 update of estimates wants to see if its worth it to list at higher amount and let it sit there hoping to get a bite.
