Now it is tenant occupied and lease will be end of this year. MICM property agency is managing from 2016 until now. I’m looking for someone confident to sell to right person. This purchasing price is $579,000.
I also want to know market price and commission fee you charge after sell or any hidden fees I should expect.
I don’t think I can spend much for marketing or professional photo fee unless it sell on right price.
I only spoke with MICM and want to know there is better option out there before I decide who with.
