NARELLE - SEPT 22 -It is not even on the market ? the house is in such poor condition we are now managing it. We are not continuing the tenancy once it is over in Oct/Nov and I have organised people to go in once the tenants are gone. In the mean time we are getting a new fence on one side as it is disaster plus lining everyone up when the tenants are out. Once that is done then we will go to market.

I hope that helps ? but some better properties that don?t need work would be nice ? lolnarelle -  OMG they are terrible at even getting back to you, still trying to get into the property to value it. Sent Entry notice, email and then phoned and all promised they would send the right information but nothing as yet. 

The owner has found that out as his call from 6 days ago has still not been answered and he also did not wish to go with them because he finally sat down and looked at how far away they are.

Narelle Cordaro Spoke to David this morning. He was talking to the principal of the company that manages the property so he needs to let them know he will not be using them to sell the property as they are over 60 min away. Once he has done that he will come back to me to give me the all clear to go and view the property. - He says so we will have to wait and see.
