Client lives in New Zealand and there is a 4 hour time difference.
It is her father in law's home and is currently listed however her husband has power of attorney over his father and the agent is doing some weird stuff and he agrees that they should find another agent.
A large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and double garage property, built by the owner and has many eco friendly advantages eg Solar, orchard, high vaulted ceilings and a rear verandah with views.
They are looking for an agent that can give them a realistic value on the property and a good marketing campaign without being over the top.
