22/8 Caleb: Doing an updated appraisal today as tenants are finally vacating :)

7/7/22 spoke to her on monday - tenant doesnt vacate until october now so its on hold until then :)

8/6 Caleb: left vm yesterday to touch base

4/5 Caleb: waiting for tnt to leave before selling which is end of August he will follow up June again.
