26/07/20213 - Sheri: still dealing with 2 sides (1 greedy other not) of the family & Jurgen has passed away.

11/05/2023 - Sheri: the vendors divorcing, in their 80's...& Jurgen has died, I can't tell the other side - 1 in Qld, other was WA, took 9 days to agree on 1st decent cash offer, then buyer changed his mind... is still too $ high, but WA is greedy...
