6/05/2022 - Natalie M (email from vendor) : Hi Nat, As I mentioned on the phone, my circumstances are constantly changing right now and therefore so are my plans. Not saying that I won’t sell, but it might be that ultimately I don’t have to immediately. If I could sell closer to the end of the lease for the current tenant, it would be better for them and me, as might give me access to more owner-occupiers who otherwise might not want to wait until January. So probably the best thing I can say for now is to sit back and let’s see what happens. We can revisit at a later date. I’ll let you know how things progress. Note I haven’t given this job to anyone else and have told other agents the same thing as I’m telling you.Thanks for your efforts to date, they are appreciated.
