I thought I did.

I really appreciate all your kindness and help.

We were interested in sell but due to be almost the same price we paid, we have decided no go ahead and stay put for now.

We paid 550.000 and selling for almost the same is not good for us.

We still need some money to get another place in Brisbane and the prices are growing.


Mark: So I have found a 94m2 unit in the same development which was 2br and a study that got 660k in Feb on the 3rd level but then another 75m2, 2br 2 bath on the 10th level that only got 505k in Oct last year so I need to know a bit more about Cecilia’s apt, can you get a floorplan so I can check the size and design and aspect in the building as the North aspect will give it a great view over reserve to the lake which will positively impact its value.
