Just an up date ,have not received the call back from Sarah as yet ,but one can see they are both

High quality people,Ben is standing out at the moment because he so so upfront and made decisions in a flash ,as Sarah had to go away do the numbers and get back ,which hasn’t happened yet ,actually nothing wrong with that approach
