Trent said in this particular building the apatments which end in 05 have a better floor plan than the others because all the bedrooms have a window and they don't face the construction site which is going up there and has killed all the views. Even though these ones face the Westgate Freeway which is a busy freeway. Also having a garage adds around $50k to the price.
