That'd be great as I'd love to help her but it sounds like she's playing everyone against each other and looking for the cheapest deal she can get rather than the best sale price possible.



Apart from that the market has changed dramatically down here too.


7/7/22  Leigh: I have had multiple conversations with this client, she has engaged a builder to build on the block of land she wants to sell and is unclear as to what she wants to do. She wants to engage an estate agent but wants the fees set at less than 1%. We're unwilling to take on this client at present as their unwilling to be reasonable with regards to fees and marketing. Also with a builder engaged it appears to be about to get very messy unfortunately.


17/5/22 client is still thinking about selling waiting for the pre approval from bank first as they will be looking to buy elsewhere, said one of the agents were greedy did not remember who but liked Ian Mason for now. 


04/05/22 Update from Leigh: I've left multiple messages and sent a text message as well, finally got hold of her this afternoon and have opened discussions. - MJ
