Ian for Jame PRD - I have spoken with Tuyet and she said she has agents coming to see her and will call me back to arrange a time to meet, as she is going overseas on Thursday.
GEORGE - Yes she was leaving but came back a few weeks ago but not ready to sell
CON - I have contacted this person a couple of times for an appraisal without success. She mentioned she will call me when she is ready.
