STEPHEN - Apologies for the delay in responding. I met with Julia for 10 minutes, I didn’t get to meet her husband. Unfortunately, she has had a bad experience with an agent & is likely to have another. She wasn’t interested in knowing the truth, nor any suggestions on tidying up the home to increase it’s sale value other than what she had already done. She will not be using our agency, she will choose another agent, I hope she does well.
