24/05/2022 - Mike: just letting you know we have gone with jack McMaster he was very excellent with his proposal and genuine interest in selling the property followed up to see if we needed to know any more before we made our decision. The ray white guy dale came and looked at the property and stated he would send a proposal and there price but never received or herd! From him again not worth our time or effort also not very pleasant. Hope this info is of use
