8/6/22 I’ve seen both agents, and both had good information & experience to share. 

I note the top valuations are quite different. Interesting. 

We are not ready at this time to sell, but it will come.

I think both of these agents were good to touch base with, and when we’re ready to sell, it would be prudent if we also see another.
