25/10 Decision Email sent to vendor Called no answer see response indicated selling end of this year. 


7/7 Rose:  Potential vendor was not sure whether she will be selling at the moment however wanted an appraisal


1/6 AS email sent to Sylvia see if she responded 

 was in constant and fluent communication with Sugath and Steve, however with Rose, the communication was broken from very beginning (I believe she has had an issue with a computer program, as she said)

I have decided to postpone selling my house until the end of the year, for few deferent reasons.
