1/2/23 Nigel:  Now dealing with her brother-in-law Michael who is talking to multiple agents.

14/12/Nigel: Spoken to Bethany, she gave me her brother-in-law Michael's details who will be handling the sale. Brief chat with him and scheduled to circle back Friday.

18/10 Nigel: Extensive renos wont be ready now until next year

17/10 Nigel:  Hi Vicki, I’m in regular contact with her and there’s work being done on the property as we speak. No commitment from her at this stage though

4/8 Nigel Harry:  Keeping in touch with Bethany on a weekly basis. Still working through timing with her family.

28/7 Nigel in touch with them and not ready yet keeping in ctc

6/7 Nigel:  Have been in communication a number of times with Bethany. Her and her family are still working through things with the estate.

20/5 spoke to client: Happy with both agents will be a hard choice, needs to find time to speak to her sister and her sister's husband first hoping next week so they can get a timeline of the sale time. 

18/5 Emails sent to agents for an update see responses 

Tom met Bethany and has sent over a proposal. Will let you know if anything comes of it.
