20/7/22 - I have spoken to Richard a couple of times. He is very respectful of my decision to wait a while before I am definitely ready to sell. Although the other gentleman didn't seem interested unless I was ready to sell straight away. I won't be keeping in contact with Nathan as he didn't want to give me his costs and details.

6/6/22 - I have received information from Richard yes. I've been up north of WA so haven't had a chance to get back to him. The other guy wasn't interested unless I said I was definitely selling.
