10/10/19: Listed (yesterday, 09/10) w/ referred agent, Greg from REMAX Regency (Gold Coast). Referral terms no longer apply
May 2017: Greg emailed, The vendor of this property has decided to take it off the market. We had 3 offers on the property but they were not close enough for the vendor. The property dies need a lot of work and the tenants made it a little tricky as there were 4 tenants and each just left the rooms in a bit of a mess.
