20/7/22  We had a gentleman who was very interested but discovered he could not clear the land for recreational purposes so has walked away. no other enquiry to report on.

23/6/22  We have received one offer for $215,000 which Roslyn declined. We have had a very successful inspection with a gentleman who is currently working with on acquiring permission to clear parts of the land. We hope to receive an offer soon.

My meeting with Hannah went very well. I liked her approach & she has sent more information.

I've also heard from Terri, I was wondering why there was nothing from Marg Whip, thanks for the info.

20/5 Client said she had heard from Marg Whip  but Marg never clicked on my referral. I called her.

19/5   Hannah has been in touch with me, & will come here next week, May 26.

After more discussion with my finance advisor, I must sell the house at $250,000 minimum.
