I appraised this property at mid-day today over a zoom meeting.

The client cancelled our previously scheduled appointment because her Ferry over to the mainland was cancelled due to bad weather. 

She has a three to four month plan which I told her could be a risky strategy given how quickly interest rates look set to keep on rising.

I think she likes me, we got on very well and I offered to do a lot of extra work in preparing the property for sale knowing its not easy for her to be here physically. 

Maybe if you touch base with her and sound her out about me?
