04/09/19 - Spoke to Michael, withdrew from market he said the vendor had not been in contact with them for over a year and still unpaid fees to the agent.
19/06/19 - Agent Michael replied to sale update, "Unfortunately no further update on this one as mentioned the price is just too high."
12/07/18 - Spoke to Michael he informed me it's been on the market over a year now. The vendor will not budge on the price and the market is very quiet.
04/04/17 - Vendor advised, response hasn't been great especially with the announcment of axing of stamp duty for property under 600k effective 01/07, no hurry to sell, ok to wait longer as receiving good rental income
