Lynda's Elderly Mother is selling her home .Her mum is in her 80's. Property consists of a 4x2x2 - home - original 3x1 then they built upstairs - built 2 open plan bedrooms. Vendor: Margaret Mills. Please call Lynda to discuss. Background notes - spoken to 2 agents (both think about early to mid $500k's) had very different opinions on how to market. Plus Lynda's mum felt more comfortable with the old school style agent being more personable ie using a notebook not phone (notetaking).
