Garry and his wife are looking to downsize and buy a place in the Maitland area. He has a few other suburbs he is interested in, but did not have them to hand when we spoke. He is looking to get a bridging loan then once he has a new place sell his home in Cessnock (he is currently getting this appraised), but feels he will have $800k to purchase a new place.
